Ingram Micro Lifecycle Celebrate New Leadership Development Program

In 2023, Ingram Micro Lifecycle commenced a Leadership Develop Program (LDP). To date, they have nearly 200 associates enrolled and participating in the career-boosting Team Leader and Front-Line Manager training.

The program aims to increase employee engagement in our operational teams. Training is provided that develops leadership traits and behaviors necessary to become Frontline Leaders and Mid-Level Managers.

Consisting of six to eight training segments including collaboration, DE&I, and decision-making, it is designed to guide the transition and mindset of those moving from technical positions to people leader positions. It also benefits those within people management positions, guiding their development and complement existing skills.

The training opens up career progression routes where associates can progress from managing one team to managing multiple teams and take on other strategic leadership positions. It has been carefully curated to develop key skills that form the seven Ingram Micro competencies:

  • Results
  • Courage
  • Responsibility
  • Integrity
  • Talent
  • Imagination

Associates will graduate from the program with a learned management style that focuses on engagement and development of their team, opening up career progression opportunities for them within the Ingram Micro network.
