How it works
1. Register your business
Create an account using your company registration and VAT information. Approval is typically completed within two working days.
2. Receive an initial valuation
Add details of the devices you'd like to trade in and receive an indicative value.
3. Send your devices
Use our free collection service where eligible or arrange returns through the portal. Multi-site and remote employee returns are fully supported.
4. Device assessment
Our team inspects each device and verifies it through the CheckMEND database. If required, a revised valuation is provided.
5. Accept your final offer
Businesses have five working days to accept or reject any revised valuation following inspection.
6. Get paid
Once the valuation is accepted and an invoice has been submitted, payment is made directly via BACS within 3-5 working days.
