Ingram Micro Lifecycle, a leading reverse logistics and lifecycle services provider for consumer electronics, has launched its new Samsung Parts Distribution service, designed to make device repair and lifecycle extension faster, easier, and more cost-effective for partners.
The service provides seamless access to genuine Samsung components across a wide range of product categories, including mobile, TV and AV equipment, domestic appliances, air conditioning units, and laptops.
Through a dedicated online portal, customers can quickly identify and order parts using advanced search capabilities, including model number, part number, or product code. A personalised dashboard also enables order tracking and account management, streamlining operations for repair networks and service providers.
By sourcing parts directly from Samsung, the service guarantees authenticity and quality while supporting faster turnaround times through direct delivery options that reduce handling and lead times.
This new offering strengthens Ingram Micro Lifecycle’s commitment to enabling circularity in consumer electronics by helping partners extend the usable life of devices, reduce waste, and improve repair efficiency. Flexible commercial terms, including credit facilities and dedicated account support, further ensure that customers can scale their repair operations with confidence.
“This launch represents a significant step forward in our mission to support sustainable device lifecycle management,” said Lee Cook, Commercial Manager – Spare Parts Supply Chain, at Ingram Micro Lifecycle. “As the Right to Repair becomes increasingly front of mind, it’s more important than ever to ensure ready access to parts for B2C and B2B customers. By simplifying access to genuine parts and reducing repair friction, we are enabling our partners to keep devices in use for longer and deliver better outcomes for both customers and the environment.”
Customers can register for access to the platform via the online portal and begin ordering as soon as their account is approved.
